Successful electrical company in Prospecton seeks Payroll Admin Assistant :
MAIN KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS OF THIS POSITION:
• Processing of payroll admin onto the payroll system (Unique)
• Exporting of EFT files for payment
• Administration of company leave records
• Exporting and preparation of leave reports for managers
• Attending to and resolving payroll related queries
• Exporting and preparation of various payroll reports
• Printing and distribution of pay slips
• UIF declaration
• Back-up for Payroll Administrator
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Some form of business Diploma (preferably encompassing payroll)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• +/- 3 years experience in payroll
• Experience on Unique payroll system will be an advantage
MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work (thorough checking and verification)
• Good work ethics, loyal and trustworthy
• Extensive understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
TOTAL COST TO COMPANY (TCC):
• Between R7 500 and R10 000 (dependant on level of experience)
