The job entails:
• Liaison with financial institutions, clients , broker consultants ( verbal , written , e-mail)
• Obtaining printouts of clients portfolio
• Generation of portfolio schedules
• Generation of Assets Under Management Schedules
• Completion and Submission of insurance and investment applications and follow up of status of applications.
• Investments and Insurance quotations generation, if required.
• Filing – administrative and client and maintenance of client database
• Preparing records and documents required by our internal accountants for producing our monthly figures.
• Service Issues and execution of administrative requests of clients, PWM directors and other PWM consultants
Skills and Qualities:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Persistent and tenacious.
• Goal centered and ambitious.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Strong financial skills.
• Presentable, well groomed and dressed to portray a professional image.
• Thirst for knowledge and a quick learner.
• Honesty.
• High energy.
• Self starter.
2 to 3 years working experience in the financial industry a distinct advantage. Salary: between R5.5k – R6k.
