An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic young lady who is well organized and assertive to be PA to the MD of a small, but expanding website design company in Westville. The successful candidate should have excellent computer skills and will be expected to:
• Organize and control diary of MD
• MD checks
• Making appointments
• Filing for MD
• Selected personal admin for MD
• Bookings for various managers (flights, cars, hotels)
• Arranging expense vouchers for various managers
• Quoting on various projects
• Some testing of engine room development (training provided)
This is a junior position with a market related salary.
