Successful IT company seeks an IT Support Engineer (initially, a 12 month contract position), to support the existing applications for operators and to design, implement, maintain and manage new and existing operation-oriented systems.
Responsibilities :
• Deployed MUP Files and Provided Support
• Provided Constant, Outstanding Customer Service
• Completed Projects
• Showed Initiative/Innovation
Qualifications : MCSE (SQL)
Experience : 3 years IT experience
Skills :
• Good knowledge of networking concepts i.e. protocols (TCP/IP)
• Good understanding of server hardware and configuration
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of supported systems and products
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies
• Maintains up-to-date required Microsoft qualification
• Solid IT knowledge
• SQL Server (Administration implementation)
