Regional Sales Manager required for National Company based in Durban. Ideally, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Key accounts negotiations with major customers.
• Analysing and forecasting sales trends.
• Ensuring that regional sales targets are achieved.
• Administration of the sales & operational budget at regional level.
• Providing support and direction to the Smollan sales team.
• Negotiate trading terms with Regional Key customers.

Qualifications & Experience:
• M+3 qualification in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales within the FMCG market.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Above-average computer literacy in MS Office.
• Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
• Accurate report writing skills.

Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged people.

• Salary: R387k per annum approx
